  1. Psyllium Husk powder
  Psyllium husk powder consists of 71.1% soluble fiber, 14.6% insoluble fiber, and 14.3% other components that are indigestible within human body, but it has a benefit for microbial in intestine. Short-Chain Fatty Acids (SCFAs) are produced from the fermentative reaction that can reduce cholesterol level. Moreover, it can form gel in water which increases the effective of excretion (Soft feces). (1)
  
  Sponge Effect 
  Sponge effect is fiber reaction to absorb water and form gel so called bulking fiber. When the fiber absorbs water, it expands and form gel by drawing water from the colon, adsorbing toxins, cleansing the colon and sweeping waste things from the colon, thus it can reduce the risks of colon cancer. 
  
  2. Garcinia Cambogia Extract 
  Hydroxycitric acid (HCA) is a main compound in Garcinia cambogia which helps to inhibit lipogenesis. Garcinia cambogia has benefits to control obesity and suppress appetite. It also turns carbohydrate into energy.
